EDITOR'S NOTE
Sale alert: From now until July 27, Anthropologie’s sale section is an extra 40% off. If the memory of digging through sale piles is a deeply unpleasant one, scrolling online during this sale is a near-effortless way to shop. I’m currently eyeing a strapless dress you can jazz up, a gauzy dress for sweaty days, and this shift dress for the office, though it’s important to note that all items are final sale.

Hulken’s Large Rolling Tote
It turns out the best place to find the popular tote on major sale is at QVC.
Margo here. One of my best product discoveries of the year: This large rolling tote from Hulken. At $115, it’s on the pricier side, but if you live in a city sans car, or live in an apartment building and regularly lug things around, it’s worth the investment. It has five substantial wheels, three handles, and folds down flat. I use it to transport items to my building’s recycling bin, so it makes my life way more hassle-free. After some internet sleuthing, I discovered that QVC carries the brand, with an “As Is” sample version that’s $30 off. While paying $85 for a rolling tote is still expensive, it’s the cheapest way you’ll find this problem-solving bag. Worth it, in my opinion.

Strong Feelings
Certain shopping topics can really polarize the masses (raise your hand if you've ever been in a heated discussion about socks with sandals). The latest debate in our Skimm Shopping group chat: Are shelf-bra tops from the ‘90s having a moment? We’re breaking down three wearable options under $100:
Embrace Ribbed Bra Top, $70: Our editor loves this one because it’s made of a soft, stretchy Supima cotton that isn’t constricting.
Abercrombie & Fitch Bra-Free ‘90s Cami, $29: We’re buying this for the price alone, though our editor notes that it does have that classic, structured feel.
Offline by Aerie Thumbs Up Heavyweight Cropped Tank Top, $26.21: It has four-way stretch and its built-in bra ensures you don’t have to worry about straps peaking out of its racerback style.
The winner in our book? Embrace’s Ribbed Bra Top. It has the cozy, cloud-like feel of a regular tank top with the ‘90s silhouette of a cami. No bra needed.
